Gabrielle first fell in love with interior design while restoring her family’s old Pennsylvania farmhouse with her father, a custom home builder.

Since creativity follows Gabrielle wherever she goes, it came as no surprise when she decided to pursue her degree at the Fashion Institute of Merchandising & Design.

At just 19 years old, Gabrielle landed an internship as a studio designer for Nate Berkus, bringing to life wallpapers and textiles for brands like Target and Joann Fabric and Craft Stores. And just like that, a spark ignited and her career took off. Her next roles included Art Directors at Petit Nest and Lonni Paul Design.

Though her eagerness to excel in the industry had propelled her forward, she was ready to stake a claim under her own name. Truly practicing what it means to lead a purposeful life, Gabrielle risked everything she built to launch her namesake interior design studio in 2015, manifesting her dreams into a reality.

Gabrielle began incorporating tendrils of Feng Shui in her design process long before she fully submerged herself in the practice. As a Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising graduate and a New York University of Art and Design Certified Feng Shui Practitioner, Gabrielle’s designs serve a meaningful purpose. By creating harmony and balance with the energy of each space, Gabrielle gives her clients the tools they need to manifest more of what they want. From numbers and colors to elements and custom pieces, everything in a Gabrielle Santiago design has a profound and intentional meaning. Her insatiable work ethic (she’s a Capricorn) means she is rarely sitting still, but when she is, she resides in sunny Los Angeles with her husband and their dog, Karl Dogerfeld.

In 2021, Gabrielle purchased and designed a rental property in Big Bear, California. This cabin has been curated and designed to celebrate the natural surroundings of the national forest. You can now experience her process first hand by renting it on Airbnb!

Gabrielle’s projects have been featured on HGTV’s hit show House Hunter Renovations, People Magazine,Domino Magazine, Martha Stewart Magazine, Lonny Magazine, Apartment Therapy, Well + Good Magazine, Pure WOW, Insider Magazine, Mind Body Green, The Zoe Report, and Better Home and Gardens.

Feng Shui Transformed Jaime King’s L.A. Kitchen

“The design objective was simply to transform the white, sterile kitchen into a warm and inviting space — though no other specific design objectives were established at that time. Through my discovery process, we were able to determine what she needed in terms of design. The ultimate goal was to create a space that could clear the chaos of her busy schedule and life, which is why particular color choices and elements were selected for this space.”
